Dr. Jess Haines is an assistant professor in the Department of Family Relations and Applied Nutrition at the University of Guelph in Guelph, Canada.
She is a behavioral scientist and epidemiologist with substantial experience in observational research as well as in designing, implementing, and evaluating interventions focused on eating disorders and obesity prevention.
Currently, Dr. Haines is the principal investigator of a family-based intervention to promote healthy eating and activity behaviors among children. She currently serves on the editorial board of Eating Disorders: The Journal of Treatment and Prevention.
